ESO housing - Custom build in Seabloom

Seabloom Villa in Auridon [NA server] boasts some of the best sea views in Tamriel, so I had to have it, but... I wanted the build to be very Australian, with lots of indoor/outdoor spaces, heaps of windows, and a pool or two for cooling off. I think I pulled it off, but without a single slot to spare.

For the last few days I've been taking things out so I could put something better in. The build stands at 400/400.

As with almost all of my builds, the beautiful background music is by Peritune. The soundtrack for this particular build is:

If you'd like to visit my Seabloom in person, the easiest way is to open Home Tours [NA server] in-game, select the Browse option, and type @Nikkojii into the ID box. That should display all the houses I've opened up for visitors.
