Unable to Contact the iMessage and FaceTime Server Try Again error on iPhone in iOS 14.5.1

This could've helped me but I can't get to the imessage and facetime screens. When I try it, it just asks me to sign into my apple id. But even when I do, it just takes long to load and It just says it's invalid, even when I make sure the info is correct. My phone does have to updade so maybe thats why this is happening, but idk. And also my apps lost their data once I noticed this happened. It's not a problem because all I have to do is sign in again but the main problem is that I don't know how to fix it.
