this song hit my mum hard, my elder brother was always wanting attention from my mum who suffered domestic violence and struggled to work to provide for him. His heart condition got worse snd he passed away on his bday at age of 3

Most people are so cruel, so cruel in fact that it dont matter what you are single, perant whatever most people are colder than ice. It is sad and a shame this emptyness of life. Life should be respected. You are one of my favourite artists/singers, you are all number ones in my favourites. Believe me or not out of 50, 100, 150thousand + people, you care, where as they dont care. It is a big responsibilty caring and can mean great things are achieved ether this life time or the next, hopefully this one as this life people have should matter. I know its hard to see the light and feel the joy in life, when others cage you in, take and take only to leave you with less and in darkness and getting help is near impossible with so many cold headts around. Some people care a little bit, they can grow if it is true care and well your music is soothing, fills in that empty hole of grief of not being loved, left for dead in my case and neglected. I missed your music while I was being raped by the sytem and in domestic shit hole, still life is in danger but at least today with little phocus I have 🙄💜due to sevear neglect and harassment, cama to them. I not be angry now that is camas job to take out hurtful trash. I enjoy every song you play, your music doesnt just sound nice, it sounds good and teaches about life or dangers in life. I know its a bitter cold world but there is love in world just is rare as 99% of human people are sicos so makes living hard to say the least. It's too bad Lily Allen got out of music to pursue her retail store aspiration, as some of her music was amazing, but I don't fault her. This song is so very very sad, it's no wonder she wanted to drop out of touring, because her own song would haunt her the rest of her days if her kid grew up without a mom to give him the attention he needs. Best of luck Lily. Maybe when your kid gets older you will be able to return to making great heart-felt music like this that makes everyone stop and really think about their own life and how their actions impact the lives of others. Another sad song of a similar note of hers is "Chinese." It's about how she wishes she could have spent more time with her mom doing more mundane things in life together (but like with her kid, too much of her time was dedicated to the career).

I put Lilly Allen on to make me feel better after a rough day but this song (that I haven't heard before) has crushed my heart. It's beautiful but so hard to listen to especially the chorus. My niece, she lives with me because her mum left her.. when she was 3. The lyrics "Please don't go, stay here with me it's not my fault I'm only three I'm only three" hurt me so badly for the little girl I love as my own who's been hurt so badly
