Id like to share my story if anyone is interested.
2 years ago I was very depressed and was fighting chronic pain. My life was in shambles and I was so tired of popping opiates to fight my pain that I quit taking them all together against my drs and pharmacists advice. My body went into shock from the withdrawl and I was in bed for over 3 months. The lethargy and withdrawl was worse than the pain I was fighting. After several weeks of withdrawl I started sensing and seeing things that were so bizarre I had to question my reality. I thought I was either going crazy or I attracted some negative spirit. I made an appointment with a shrink assuming he would just write me prescription. I didnt care at this point. As soon as I met this man I got a very good vibe and filled with goosebumps. He was from India and I could feel his empathy. He explained the pineal gland to me and its functionality. I was amazed at this mans knowledge and open mind. He told me he believes that because my body was fighting so much pain while going through the withdrawl that my pineal gland opened. Melatonin is released at night and this chemical repairs damaged cells. This gland also releases dmt which induced dreams. He said because of the shock my body went through my gland just stayed open. He made so much sense that I now take care of my gland and I help others. I have learned so much and I turned my bad experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I don't know why but the longer you listen to it, it actually starts to trip you out a little bit. I was staring at my wall relaxed in my chair when I was listening to this and after 4 minutes it started to make me imagine my body dissolving into the universe

I got very mild effects from this. Objects started to faintly glow and wave while I felt like I kept rising up from my body and then floating right back down.

I'm pretty sure I died on my first trip my family had to sit me up because my bowels released and this was the sound I heard and it was the singular best experience I've ever had along with seeing something resembling super symmetry

If you want a really good trip put your eyes inside the bend of your arms and press your eyes into your arm, it should feel like you can see and the more your eyes into your arm the more stuff you see and if you take your eyes off your arm you still be able to see things move in your mind
