GPX Portable Cassette Player

This thing is the definition of bare minimum. Anyone who actually chooses to use one of these has absolutely no standards.

What turns me off about this its the ugliness of it

Is it capable of stereo sound?

If this actually had a stereo cassette player (without a recording function), this would probably be a better device…

I have this one and the recorder is jammed without the cassette😔

Just watched your video and through the speaker it's is mono because as everyone knows you need two speakers for stereo but with that cassette player it does have stereo when you use headphones or earbuds

How do you turn it off

i see i picked a good first cassette player... (then again, the inherent jank of these cheapo player/recorders is one of the things I was already expecting.)

I got this player and it won’t play😭

I've had mine for some years. It seemed not to play cassettes well. But I think I got it to play fairly well. Before, it had a lot of WOW. And sounded slow. But, I think it got loosened up.
I was hoping to see that one taken apart so I could see the insides. Maybe I will take the back off of mine sometime.

I have one of these player I got it for Christmas
