ОтветитьReally awful sound, Nicks too busy having his own personal workout and breathing too hard, too little Rocky...did not enjoy. I'm not a fan of this brand without Leslie, keep the old videos with her up, or I'll have to find another channel. Leslie IS this brand, without her it's nothing special.

ОтветитьI started to follow this walk at home exercises in mid-2020 at height of COVID-19 Pandemic.
It really helped me to be physically and mentally healthy without need for gym and equipment.
I enjoy following the exercises shown here especially when led by coach Leslie Sansone. She inspires me.
I'm now 72, still very active and happy. 😊

ОтветитьJust got the DVD set with the bands and it has 3 different color bands. Are they different weights? Like one color is light, one medium and one heavy?

ОтветитьHi, i have been following Walk at Home exercises for every morning now these past 2.5 years. I reach normal heart rate quiet easily after the exercise, which means as you state that I am fit at 72. Thanks for the program. Moti, in Israel

I did see many programs, but I don't like them ....that is why i pick your program because I like the process of your training. If you give it to some body else during the training, it will be confusing. Thanks

ОтветитьI was looking for some 3 mile walk videos by Leslie Sansone, as winter is approaching (hey, I'm in central BC) and I will soon not be able to get out for my 3-mile walk/run HIIT routines. I found this video and can hardly wait to try it! Nick and Rocky are familiar people from her other videos. Today I did Leslie's Firm 30, one of my favorites by her I've been doing for years. This one here looks to be fun! I don't have stretchy bands but I use 10 and 15 lb hand weights. Will try with the 10s first.
I have been doing Leslie workouts since my fifth baby was born in 2001. Now at age 55 with seven kids, thanks to these workouts and my outdoor HIIT I am stronger than ever. Sure it's hard to keep working out, with fibromyalgia limiting me, but without it I hurt more.

ОтветитьI've done this workout several times since it's been released. I love the combination of strength, intervals and it's an easier and less stress on my knees way to run or jog. And I can to it all in my home at any time. I recently got a Fitbit Charge 5 and did this workout. My Fitbit Charge 5 says I burned 166 calories doing this workout. I also used 30 lb resistance bands for the lift parts of the workout and got 78% fat burn.
