New Instagram Updates 2024: Features You'll Actually Use

Since the update yesterday I lost the “gif” option when either commenting on a post or replying with one. All I have now is a blue arrow to post my comment but no gif option anymore ☹️

I posted a story and noticed a new notification on it that says "some viewers have been hidden because they may be potential spam". I viewed it and it's the profile of someone who is actually real and was a previous friend. I've never seen this before.

It seems that Instagram outdid itself again with the new "Potential spam" when checking ones viewer of a story.
Basically, a few legit friends of mine are now marked as "Potential spam" and hidden as story viewers .
Anyone else seeing this happening recently?

Since the update I’ve lost the ability to share only to reels grid
