There is a base close to where I live, Fairchild AFB was SAC now they just call it Strategic Command it is also a main refueling base. This could be it?

I grew up in Omaha and I would have been nine years old when this film was made. My uncle worked at SAC and at some point was able to inspect Airforce One. He was extremely impressed with it.

I worked at SAC Headquarters bldg 500, when I was stationed at Offutt AFB. It was a fascinating experience working there. It was also my first assignment.
