One thing I want to ask....if I use cover value for size then it should cover the entire area but it goes out somewhere in the height....why does it so...and what to do if we don't want to repeat and want to cover and image goes out of the area or body

don't know why. I have use double quotation and single quotation inside url brackets then also its not working.
