This was awesome. I'm a MMA fighter and used mostely my hands and low-kicks. Thought I'd try this to become more flexible. As of now I'm able to do mid kicks.
Just one question, how many sessions of each class would you recommend before moving to the next? Whan should I go to next belt vids?
