Photoshop Tutorial: Colorizing an Image for Screen Printing

Hello, can you help me with something? Because i got graphic with a lot of colors, if i make hue/saturation, then to color which i taked, will be just one color on screen printing? Like white base +red on black material? Or the red will be got a lot of possibilities and different shadows
