The 2024 Long COVID RISE Symposium is an all-day event that occurred on October 12, 2024 at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. The event was organized by the UW Medicine Long COVID Clinic with support from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. This event consisted of speakers, panels, and performances that bring to light some of the experiences in researching, treating, and living with Long COVID.

The first half of the event included presentations that were developed for a clinical audience while the second half was tailored towards providing patient information, focusing on their experience and strategies to support symptom self-management.
It is important to note that all of these tips should be taken in conjunction with support from your own care team. Not all suggestions or methods are appropriate for all patients due to the varied presentation of Long COVID.
This symposium was designed to allow for a friendly introduction into a condition that can feel complicated and confusing for many.
Note: some slides contain a watermark that states "confidential: please do not distribute". These watermarks were left in error, please disregard and distribute this symposium as you wish.
