I used peel & stick to revamp my fireplace.. it was originally black insert & wood surround, but the previous tenant had painted the wood (very badly lol, with white & it looked so tacky) so I used a light wood to match my ikea furniture with a black marble splash back. You’d never tell from coming into the room that it’s contact paper, unless your up close enough to touch it. I’m very pleased with it..🥳🥳

How did you get the sticker to shape around the toilet?

I love the Polywall idea! Is that the exact name of the product? I found something on HD's site but it says it's 18 pounds. It didn't look 18 lbs when you were putting it on the wall in your video. Also I went to the store and clerk showed me a rigid piece of paneling like product. Thank you!

We use privacy film on windows that our dogs can see out of. It keeps them from barking at everything that moves.

Ideas are great,! Just a little tip for next time.... On the back of the Carrera marble floor tiles there are arrows in order for it to look like natural marble face arrows on all your tiles going the same direction. Also check out the faux tin tile ceiling tiles. They are made with Styrofoam and so easy to install.

re privacy film... we are landlords and have a lovely young lass in our unit we rent out. she has placed privacy film on some windows and it looks sooo nice. We have told her that if she doesnt want to remove it when she leaves, she is welcome to leave it behind lol ...

I've moved into rented flat.old embossed dated paper I've painted as was filthy but still looks dated but now clean.cant strip it off as plaster underneath come off
Is there a paint product that make it look flat plasterer wall instead of horrid old embossed pattern?

I am so glad that you talked about the 3M command strip products. I use them and love them. I was also really glad to learn about the variety of kinds of privacy film. My front door window could use some help and now I know what to get!

Little trick I learned about the nanotape.. When you remove it run it under hot water for a few seconds in rinse all the stuff off of it and then put it into a Ziploc baggie until you're ready to use again and it's twice as sticky as it was the very first use

Hi there. Just watched a lot of your videos and I had a comment. Wanted to pm you but couldn't find a way to do so. Your vinyl floors. I did the same and had those annoying spaces here and there. Went to lowes and saw there is a grout for vinyl tiles. Premixed already. Made a world of difference anyplace there was a gap. Hope you don't mind the unsolicited advice. Jay. Dallas Texas

i can attest to the rabitgoo brand! only thing to remember with cling film is make sure the window and frame edges are super clean and free of paint gunk! i put my film up 2 years ago and its still perfect.

I love all your ideas. One problem I have found with peel and stick as well as nano tape.....if you live in an older home that has plaster walls....those P & S items don't stick very well.
