DEMO: typescript updates, new CMA features, typescript server plugin

In this video, ScandiPWA maintainers are discussing an upcoming major release. This release will feature a TypeScript migration, the progress of which is reported in this video.

- Stead Typescript migration, slowed by the prop-usage situation in ScandiPWA. Products and categories to be finished this week
- CMA alpha release with PHP CS and PHP MD pre-configured OTB
