(Nature provides these)
Watching this on 2023, after the advancements of generative pretrained models, is mind-blowing. Things advanced so much in 4 years.

ОтветитьI used to be a programmer 30 years ago. I started on a Sinclair Spectrum with BASIC as its language. Once I got started I had no real difficulty and relatively quickly produced a number of quite large programmes for the specific work I was doing at that time. I moved on to Z80A assembler producing code (via an assembler programme) for features that were beyond BASIC.
My job changed and I had no need to programme any longer. The computers I used then have passed into history. I problem I need help with is how do I get started with my present desktop?
Wow, what a guy. Thank you for sharing this video. Very well put together and engading lecture.
ОтветитьIt's pretty amazing to see how excited "nervous'' he is to do this lecture, just as much as most of us are to learn this topic. :D
ОтветитьUnpopular Opinion: He isn't a good speaker.
ОтветитьI'm from India
Ответитьöo_oö
Ответитьunfortunately the How (Practical) is why my taste for ml has been soured.
Ответитьthe first part of the introduction sounds so different today.
ОтветитьTIL Lex Fridman is a freaking professor too,, at MIT no less!
ОтветитьOutdated ... GPT-4 can tell jokes actually 😅
ОтветитьI've been listening to Lex's podcast for a while, this is the first time I have audited one of his courses. I think he is starting to remind me of the Carl Sagan of our age.
ОтветитьImagine this guy and 2023 Lex sitting down for a conversation.
ОтветитьWhat are the parameters to weigh human effort ? Both qualitative and quantitative
ОтветитьI like lex but he is not a good lecturer
ОтветитьLearning from the Hitman
