ОтветитьI was in Spain 2 weeks ago and I ordered this beautiful dish. At first I didn’t know what it was until I asked the waiter what exactly it was. That translating the name of the dish in English. He said pork cheeks. 🤔 The way he described it was like to die for. Indeed, it was deliciously melt in the mouth. I loved it. Thank you for sharing this wonderful dish. I will definitely try your recipe.

Hey nice recipe. Got some Duroc pork cheeks and I'm about to try this.
One question, in the video you show the cherry and the red wine, you say you poured both, but showed just the cherry, and on the recipe on your hp, you do not mention the red wine at all.
So is it with or without the red wine?
Is that pan called a cazuela omar?

ОтветитьOmar, I tried to do a British pork cheek recipe and absolutely ruined it by adding too much vinegar. Luckily I hadn't ruined the cheeks by adding them to the vinegar concoction. I used this recipe to save them and it is beautiful. So sweet, so succulent, so syrupy. Huge fan. Thanks for the inspo x

ОтветитьMy favourite dish when I visit family in Sevilla. Not sure about the price as bought them in ASDA for £3 a pack of 3. Morrison’s occasionally sell Ox cheeks and they work just as good.
