I lived in AK for 21 years in Anchorage/Wasilla. The daylight is like 19 hrs during the Summer (3 months long) but winters have 6 hrs of daylight (8 months).

When the detective was writing down the address on the back of the novel. It did not give the apartment number. How in the world did he know exactly where to go? It was just the name of a town, no street address. No apartment number. Huge plot hole.

Sound is realy badly manage. Too low when they speak and if you level the sound it's too high when there is action.Very annoying ! Plus some point of view aren't visible. I feel sorry for the actors for this bad post production. 😔

keeps ones attention, but the story is far fetched and illogical. William's not a good straight actor. As usual Al is over the top in his sleepiness. Probably Nolan,s poorest movie

Remember the good ol days when Nolan put out movies that were of high quality but did not have to be movie events that had to be seen in IMAX. Yeah neither do I.

I like how Nolan's origins were making movies just like David Fincher's, very uncompromising and willing to wrestle with the darkest corners of humanity in great dark psychological thriller mysteries. It carried over into his bigger movies, until Interstellar I guess.

Even though this is a movie from Christopher Nolan, it’s a blend of a Stephen King movie and a Clint Eastwood thriller

I remember when they were filming this in Squamish then I saw it in a theater in Australia in 2001. It must've gotten a later release in the U.S.

I'd argue that this is still Nolan's best film because he didn't write it.

Robin Williams was a wonderful actor. He could do dramatic roles as well as comedy roles. One hour Photo and Good will hunting are 2 of the best☺️👏👏
