Solana introduced data compression feature

Solana's environmental team has announced the launch of state compression. The compression function can be used to store any type of data, in particular NFTs. Thanks to the innovation, the cost of storing one million NFTs on the Solana network will be $113.10. The price of storing a similar amount of NFTs on Ethereum is estimated at almost $34 million, and on Polygon at $33,000.
