I don't have a mixer, but I did buy a bread machine. I never cook my bread in it, it just makes the dough. I knead it and bake it in the oven. I love a good home made dough.

3 years and still I use your method to make cinnamonrolls. I get request from friends to make them.

I made these today! I made them dairy free- just used fake butter instead of real, and oat milk instead of normal. For my filling I added baked sweet potato, chocolate chips (dairy free), nutmeg, and ground cloves. All in addition to the normal fillings. I also added some sweet potato to the dough. So yummy!!

if you mix the butter with the rest of the filling to form a paste and smear it on it tastes the same but way it's easier

I made them for the first time tonight, family loved them. They didn’t rise to be fluffy like yours and the yeast was activated/foamed.. unsure what the issue was 😔 .. since they weren’t rising in oven I baked them about 5 minutes over and the outside was a little hard, but they tasted great! Idk what I did wrong, followed recipe to a T. You were very detailed, thank you!
