THIS GOES FOR ALL FORMS OF MEDIA! EVEN PROP MAKERS CAN GET SUED FOR MAKING A PROP OF ONE OF THERE CHARACTERS. ITS THERE IP! THIS VIDEO IS IMPORTANT
ОтветитьSecond Idea: Look into services such as Lickd.
Original Idea: Hire a musician to make music for you. Then, say you'll put that music in a video and promote that artist as part of the benefits for them. Maybe even have them be in your video briefly.
Lastly, I'm not sure if there's a quick way to figure out whether a song will be flagged as copyright before it gets posted, but search on that.
I've never seen someone evade the real subject with so much bs stories and not deliver any useful info at the end, quit like you. thanks for wasting my time.
Ответитьhow long can we have copyrighted clip on our video like if we have it under 5 secs is it allowed
ОтветитьAlthough everything he says is indeed true, I just always feel so dirty after watching or listening to an attorney, because there is ALWAYS multiple ways to look at things and attorney's usually fail to show us the whole picture. First of all, there is a reason why nobody really wants to use "copyright free or creative commons music"....uuhhmmmm...because it's crap! I don't know anybody who hears a creative commons clip and goes "wow...cool song". No they don't! It's canned, boring, un-talented crap. Secondly, there is such a thing as "Fair Use", you just must learn how navigate the fair use laws and use a checklist to make sure you overwhelming feel fair use applies in your situation. If Louise made just the smallest changes to the style of her video's, she might have qualified. If she had turned the video into more of an instructional video, then she could have possibly fell under "Fair Use". Did she use an entire song? I bet she probably did. You can't use an entire song and expect that to grant you "fair use". Use ONLY what is minimally necessary to get your point across and then cut it off. If she had used 30 seconds or less, she might have been ok. So many different angles to come at this from, so it's not quite so cut and dry there Mr. Social Media attorney.
ОтветитьSo then how did u just add juice wrld music in the back of ur video without a copyright strike..
ОтветитьWhy do I see hundreds of short clips on Instagram with the same VERY popular copyrighted music and yet it doesn’t get taken down and it’s been there for months?
ОтветитьSo you using his instrumento not copy right ? Lol so confusing
ОтветитьU didn’t tell
ОтветитьCan one use copyrighted music in videos that will not be monetized? In other words, can copyrighted music be used in videos that will not be monetized but will be used strictly for educational or religious purposes? Also, what if the music (100% non-lyric instrumental) being considered for use in one's information videos is 50 to 60 years old and all the artists who performed it are deceased? Would these circumstances constitute an exception to the standard copyright rules?
Ответитьthank u from thailand
ОтветитьThis is helpful thank you
ОтветитьI needed this
ОтветитьFair use gone now?
Ответитьthank you very much
ОтветитьWho cares? Just setup a new channel.
ОтветитьI'm not going to school for a copywrite strike. Just tell me what I did wrong....put me thru to the owner, and we'll settle it. Its not that serious, too many superfluous parts. You just want the attorney fees to do the same I would do. Hell they got AI Lawyers to litigate now.
