Not even sure they got the "IT" portion of this show down, as it's made no sense from day 1.

I.T. is not just technical support; it would be hardware orientated, or installing computers, or something to that effect. You don't just "call" IT support. You call TECH support, which is a branch of IT.

I tried watching one season of this show and was bored beyond belief; it's so... non-chalant or fake that it just sucks.

All it needed was Susie Dent to confirm its a word!

the aussie version is called "numbers and letters" (exact same program) and the girl dealing with the numbers/letters is hot too
but sadly the show has gone down the toilet like the british version so its a joke show now i.e so-called celebrities trying to be funny, people with intelligence have died since the late 80s
we even brought back "mastermind" (which i'm sure was a uk tv show too) but that too is a joke

What's great with this is they could have had him getting only nine letter words, but they kept it to eight because nine would be literally statistically impossible.
