Hello, I've a question - have the same issue with actions not showing. the server which I'm trying to connect is in the DMZ zone and is restricted.
After opening ports 80 and 8530 the SCCM not is connected, but no action still visible and the agent is still visible as uninitialized.
Do we need to open SMB protocol aswell?
I am not able to see guid on location services.log can you please help me

One of the client machine is software center problem that when it is open getting white page and nothing will appear. I was checkout actions tab but no policies is there. Then I tried to repair wmi and client repair. After repaired both all policies came into action tab and client is back to Active state. I told to user please close and reopen software center but still getting white page. I suggested again to user please wait for 2 hours and after 2 hours please restart your device like that told to user. He was wait for 4 hours and he restarted his device and lanch it again but still software center getting white page nothing will appear. But all policies are present in action tab and client is Active state. Please help me on this issue.

What are the troubleshooting steps needs to be followed when clients are not reporting to console or MP. Please make video on this. This is the question asked during interviews.
Can I expect soon of application troubleshooting for single client with multiple errors such as fatal error, application is installed but not detect detection method, and etc. Can you make video on these.
