The US/EU have already laid down their future plans for space exploration years ago and they have begun working on them.... and they don't and never have included Russia or China!!!

Very happy to know that Russia and China and hopefully Global South will also cooperate. Some nations do not believe in inclusivity but in isolating others. What a retrogressive stand. 'Together we are stronger, We share our future.'

The Martian President said he wants to, quote: "Stay out of Earth's stupid endless wars." He will not be buying weapons to enrich arms dealers on Earth... He also said, "Bugs Bunny is welcome, if he can hitch a ride on an ACME rocket ship and bring his own carrot supplies."

Russians are brilliant rocket engineers. If you put Russian and Chinese space technology together you would end up with a far better space programme.

Let’s face it, ‘war economy’ and the ‘fiat value’ of the dollar have always been the main pillar the US economy. The puppeteer behind the power that be in Washington Beltway is the powerful elite of Corporate America. Rest assured, their insatiable greeds will continue to shape Washington’s foreign policy premised on the need for enemies, imaginary or otherwise.

That explains why Washington preaches a polarized world. A world that it artificially divides into two major opposing blocs: those it treats as allies. And those it portrays as adversaries. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the United States, with its vassals and allies in tow, has been the unchallenged imperialist hegemon. To top that, the certitude of the dollar as the world reserve currency gives the US an extortionate advantage to augment the exploit and hegemony of capital. Washington blithely weaponised the dollar in support its belligerent behaviour, and to beat the hell out of the other helpless nations.

In perspective, during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, the US and the Eurozone (including the UK) accounted for about 65% of the global economy. And with Japan accounted for another 5%, collectively the bloc’s economic influence was overwhelming.

But that has changed. Albeit Washington has been slow to grapple with the reality — that the balance of power has ostensibly tilted towards those countries which are not subjugated to its dictate. And that beleaguered United States and EU share of global GDP, stated in ppp, has shrunk to about 31%; and will continue to be an even smaller part of the global whole. Invariably, this will seriously constrain Washington’s ability to wage wars, or to remain hostile against everybody.

In ppp, Russia is the world 6th largest economy, and a technologically advance country sitting on over 20% of the world's reserves of natural resources. This fact places Russia on a special place among the industrialised countries. By the same measure, China is already the world largest economy. Besides, China is enjoying a compelling dominance in global manufacturing and trade. What Russia can’t get from the West, they can adequately source from China, and vice versa. And together with other emerging nations that had enough of Washington’s hypocrisies, excesses, over-hostility, threat and lawlessness, the emergence of a ‘new global oder’ within the framework of the United Nation Charter is imminent.

Neither Soyuz or ISS are indispensable. There is certainly impact if Roscosmos collapses, but some of that impact has been mitigated already. China, US and private enterprise have far more capabilities than Russia in space. India, Japan and Europe have finances & infrastructure to integrate with manned space flight programs of the big players, these can support. ISS can be boosted by Cygnus and Dragon in tandem, ULA has engine stock for its next Atlas launches and had to change to non Russian engines anyway by law. Greatest impact so far is for OneWeb ; but I doubt it would be capable of competing against StarLink anyway. I hope we get a real international space stations, don't get me wrong I like that every space agency tries to have independent capabilities, but US should reach out to China for collaboration in space to get us to Mars. Sorry but Roscosmos was lost cause even before war, now it is just a talking head.

Its so sad that only russia wants to continue the space program. I guess the soviet nostalgia is mostly tied to people wanting to go and see the universe. Why are the western nations so petty? There are many things above politics and wars...but for some reason, the rich want people to suffer

Russian space agency roscosmos I'm trying to get in touch with you about mars I already worked out on my own it was clay based that one was obvious I know I'm Australian and I tried to call your agency but to no avail I summised you probably didn't want to accept the call due to sanctions which makes it difficult to give you my thoughts on the workings of Mars such a shame because I have thought that the streams on Mars were likely to be made of nitrogen not water due to the temperature fluctuations I think this is a more probable option don't you agree?
