No an Untethered jailbreak is not the best, The best is a Semi-Tethered because when you use a Semi-Tethered jailbreak you can update your device and still have a jailbreak because it’s a hardware exploit (Ex. If you have an iOS 12.1.2 jailbreak and it’s Semi-Tethered you can update to the latest iOS version (right now iOS 12.2) and still have a jailbreak.)

I still have a question: Can a tethered jailbreak do more than an untethered jailbreak? And can a semi-untethered jailbreak do the same amount of stuff as tethered?

Tethered would be fine by me... I rarely reboot or even need to, and the battery lasts 48 hours even with continuous use.

If you have a semiTethered jailbreak and respring does the respring act as if it were a reboot? (you can only access some of your features until you do a tethered boot) or can you still access everything? i.e.- use cydia, safari, etc.
