Beautiful house. I can't wait to see all the upgrades you plan on doing on your own. You're very wise to be price conscious on anything and everything. I'm the same way. I never pay retail for anything!! We are also house shopping and it is stressful but very exciting too. We only have our youngest son still at home and he's 20. The other 2 sons are out on their own. Take some time for yourself before the baby comes and just relax. You deserve it!!
