An absolute gem, Jason! Your trance mixes are genius. Any thoughts on Andrew Huberman's assertion that gamma is the only truly beneficial frequency and that others might actually cause harm? I confess, it's made me wary of anything but gamma, even though I was feeling good returns on beta as well.

It is amazing how much your stuff helps me. I take ADHD meds and everything but it’s so severe my state pays someone to help me do day to day stuff! But somehow with these tracks I can focus on studying, it’s almost miraculous!
