When you think of food in Bali you probably think of smoothie bowls, coconuts, and cocktails on fancy beaches. However, Balinese and Indonesian food in general is a lot more flavorful and complex. Probably the best dish to embody the complex flavors of Balinese food is the iconic Babi Guling.
