Had about the same results catching Beta, and then Delta. Didn’t get very sick either time. My wife is a long hauler from Beta, and had symptoms for a couple days from Delta. She did for a bit have an increase in her long hauler symptoms, but that gradually returned to what she has become accustomed to. I do fear that the reinfect ion may prolong her recovery, but I don’t think that we will ever really know. Still not planning getting any shoddy gene therapy doses. Don’t see how it will help anything.

Hi there, thank's for the informative video. I have a question. Do we know the reason why the antibody response to delta in someone that has already been infected with a prior strain, is not as good as the antibody response from a person who is double vaccinated? What's going on here? What mechanism is taking place that the spike protein from the virus is not as effective in eliciting an antibody response as the spike protein that the mrna vaccines tell the body to produce. Thanks!

How come there are less cases of people getting covid twice than those that have had the vaccine then got the virus? Why do we still listen to people who say vaccine immunity is better? Everyone should poll their circles. I know of 2 people through personal connections that have had Covid twice. I sit less than 100 ft every day in office from 2 people who have had covid after vaccine in the past month... I know of 100's who have had the virus after the vaccine...

I am 76 year old. I have been a health "nut" for many years. As soon as C-19 showed it's ugly head, I started taking high doses of vitamin D3. I also started exercising more regularly and strenuously, and eating a carnivorous diet. I was exposed to C-19 on about Oct. 11th. I WANTED to catch it because I knew that I would be OK and I could tell people that one can build immune strength.

I basically had 2 HOURS of misery when my muscles ached. Other than those 2 hours, it was extremely mild for me. If I didn't test positive for CoViD-19, I would never have guessed that I had caught it.

Not everyone is in as good shape as I am; they should get vaccinated, but my wife, who gave me the bug had two vaccinations and a booster shot and she still caught it. Her experience was much worse than mine. My CoViD-19 experience was about has troublesome as a common cold. YOU. CAN. BUILD. IMMUNE. STRENGTH. WITHOUT. A. VACCINATION. The vaccination does nothing for the innate immune system, only for the adaptive immune system. A strong immune system will reduce the negative impact of ALL diseases and greatly reduce your risk of autoimmune diseases and chronic degenerative diseases.

Hello and thanks forte information. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, I got COVID in 2020. I was vaccinated with Sin Ph in March of 2021 and Pfizer in September 2021. Sigh, I was not expecting to get the delta but I did. I had a bit of fu like symptoms but nothing to speak about. I was shocked than I got it.

Natural immunity is good (not perfect), but requires you get COVID. Vaccinated immunity is good (not perfect), and does not require that you get sick with COVID. If the vaccine had significant risks (it does not), there might be a great argument for preferring natural immunity. But since the vaccine has been given to an enormous number of people and has proven to be remarkably low risk, there's just no good reason not to get it, with some rare exceptions such as a systemic allergic reaction.

Excellent info, I depend on it since I haven't been able to get vaccinated yet.

I got infected last March 2020, and again in June 2021. I recovered at home both times. The second time was milder probably due to antibodies. I had Delta symptoms.

I saw the doctor for a check up 2 days ago at the hospital, and now have mild covid symptoms; fatigue, scratchy throat, weakness. I'm following your protocol; sleep, hydrotherapy, Vit D, Quercitin, etc. I want to get vaccinated due to the new variants, I've had bad reactions to medications in the past so there's some risk either way.

I tried to get vaccinated last month, but was advised to wait 90 days since I just got over covid, because the immune response could be too strong, which is dangerous.

My doctor says I should have immunity for at least 2 more months, but doesn't know about waiting to get vaccinated after covid.

Any recommendations on when to get vaccinated after recovering from covid? Thanks again for your help during the pandemic.

Thanks for your content, really appreciate your evidence based, politically neutral approach.

A question, I might have missed something and I haven’t read the article yet. The antibody neutralisation study seemed to be comparing previously infected individuals and their ability to neutralise the various COVID variants of sera of people at 12 months verses previously infected at 12 months + vaccination verses antibody neutralisation closely after vaccination. We know that immunity wanes in both previously infected individuals and vaccinated. It would’ve been best to compare at the same time intervals as they really can’t be compared. I’ll read the study also because surely that can’t be the case. I actually feel stupid asking.

In my opinion , there is no Delta Variant. The delta , in my opinion , was brought about because of the anti-vaccine movement and the general hesitancy to becone vaccinated. It's purpose is to scare people into getting vaccines. That's its only function.

What do you think? Feel free to share your input. Thanks.

My husband brought home the virus last February of 2021, my daughter got it and I did not. At that time it took 3 days to get results, and I took no precautions, as my husband never said a word until he got a call saying he was positive. I took the test 3 times over the next 6 weeks, and did not get the virus. Even though I am naturally immune, I got the Mod. shot 2 months later and had a side effect of very fast heart beating and blood pressure spikes that lasted over 7 hours. I went to the ER and they couldn't find anything that would cause my symptoms. I mentioned I had a shot a week earlier, but was ignored as it was still early in the data gathering. Do I get my second dose of Mod.? Did my natural immunity cause my symptoms.? That was the only major side effect. I'm worried that the 2nd dose may cause even worse side effects. My doctor wasn't sure what I should do. I am 67.

I had covid last summer. I’m now day five into what must be delta given the cold symptoms for the past four days. Today I progressed to shortness of breath and can feel my lungs. I’m 38. However statistics still show that even with higher rates of hospital admission around my age, older patients, who are 70-80% vaccinated, are still, around 35x more likely to die. I forget where I read the stat but it was today.
