Im very sorry but tbh, gaining this amount of weight isnt the problem. Juice is!!! It is absolutely impossible to gain 30ibs natural in less than one year. And with the substances there come side effects. Everything else is untrue and only cheap talk without knowledge. Tom did an amazing Job, there wouldnt have been a better actor for this role. He also did a great job with training and gaining weight but again (also other roles/actors like Brad Pitt as Archilles and many more) natural impossible
