DIY Arduino tachometer / rpm counter

Arduino tachometer:

Photodiode detects bypass of each fan blades and when number of blades is known, we can calculate rpm from the time spent for rotating fan full 360 degrees.

I cleaned Arduino code for you (please let me know if it doesn't work):
