The only 2 i have is bad breath and high sleeping heart beat but it is not that bad and i have a lot if endurance and it is 90 hpb

i’m 37 and i can’t wait to die. getting tired of all the bullshit that’s been going on in my life. oh well at least i stuck around this long and tried. i’ll kill myself sometime this year if a disease don’t kill me.

I have it all except tonails and bad breath. But thankfully, I don’t want to die old. I’m 40 now, 50 would be fine with me

I just hope I’m not doomed to die at 65 if my relatives did. Those people were the ones that drank excessively, like really excessively, and the ones that never went to the doctor. My parents are alive and well, my mom has had multiple surgeries but only when she was young. She actually does for checkups on a regular basis. I’m healthy too, I’ve only had tube and tonsils operation done. I want mom to live to be healthy and live into her 90s. All the women made it past 80 for 90% of the time thank goodness. She does not have any heart conditions, diabetes, or anything like that. We have gone in for ultra sounds and we are perfectly healthy.

What I’m saying here is, and please read this wholeheartedly, I hope if I manage my health, I’m not doomed to die in my 60s. I want to be about 95 or so.

The only thing in this video I have is knee joint pain i am a teenager but the pain is not all time the pain is only when a do a lot of physical exercise I don't feel pain while walking stairs but when I do sit ups my knee produced a sound . It does not pain but I am worried about that . Any recommendations to strong joints please suggest me . I want to live long 😅

I'm experiencing all these signs. And yes, I am not surprised nor bothered to die early. Having sleep apnea is not a joke. U stop breathing before u fall asleep. It's like drowning in the water, gasping for air. I get bored easily and I like being alone most of the time. These all started after a failed 6yr relationship with someone who gave me a heartbreak that caused me severe depression and anxiety. Thanks to him, I'll die early. 🙃
