Lighthouse Time Lapse - Reduce Flickering - Free way vs software

Is it a good idea to use Photoshop, and replace all images with the same foreground? Then the lighthouse would never flash again.

You make it feel amazingly simple...

Cool idea. I wonder: what about putting a mask on the video and just leave the lighthouse fully lit (with the boardwalk)? Or maybe even when it’s “off?”
