This is the worse laptop I owned, reasons fans are so loud even silent sounds like a jet, one of the fans broke like it was in acid. It can not run pubg or cod. The screen sucks, so bland and slow refresh rate. I would say waste of money there is better laptops in 2018 and specially in 2021 now. Only plus I would give would be good keyboard, and good temps.

Guess this is going to be my 3rd gaming laptop

Who are the dumbasses who designed this laptop. They keyboard and power button have the same connection even though the power button is separated from keyboard. We are not allowed to an external keyboard alone. Internal keyboard always works if we turn it off by removing the strip we won't be able to power up the laptop. My keyboard is not working properly after 1.5 years. Now the only option i have is to change the laptop keyboard. We won't be able to use external keyboard.

Just bought this model for what I want to do I don't need some crazy high powered 3 thousand dollar laptop. This looks like it'll suit my needs just fine

Brother, is the gap between the screen and the keyboard (the slot) one of the excuses for the laptop, or is it a new design from ASUS?

i got a asus tuf 505dv for £1000 in like 2019. it has a ryzen 7 3750H, rtx 2060, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd and so on. for some reason i play rust on the worst settings and i get 30 fps and 90C temps so it thermal throttles a lot. I dont know if its just my computer or what.

I got the DU variant of this which has the Ryzen 7 and 1660ti on sale for half the msrp... must've not been selling well
