Solar Self-Consumption: How PV is Synchronized with Grid Supply | Schneider Electric

What happens if there is an outage to the utility? Will the PV still be able to give output?

i have 4 years experience in electrical field (Embedded system,softwares PLC Machine expert,ETAP,Autocad,smart automation system,Solar expertise to synchronize generator with solar, Chemical production etc ) so how i can join Schneider in saudi arabia Please
