I’ve always said, “Open Houses only bring the neighbors over”…..they don’t sell homes.
They’re useless..but sellers demand them so Realtors have to do them.
Looks like the house in Detroit. There's a ton of opportunity there.
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьThe countertop is beautiful. The rest of the kitchen detracts
ОтветитьI hope Evans is single ❤
ОтветитьI'm in to Evan❤️
ОтветитьLove this
ОтветитьThem dudes be laying houses out
ОтветитьNEVER BUY A HOME FROM A HOUSE FLIPPER PERIOD. They always chesp out on everything. House flippers always put bandaids on bullet wounds. All they care about is the work lasting a couple months if that.
ОтветитьWhere is the sale?
ОтветитьAs a seasoned house flipper, I can say that your choice of materials and finishes is top-notch. It adds so much value.
ОтветитьWhere is this that you can get a hose for 15k 😅
ОтветитьPlease come to Charleston West Virginia our city officials and mayor are demolishing the vacant houses. Their goal this year is 300 house to demo. These houses are beautiful! Nothing wrong with them just vacant because our population has declined since 1987 consecutively. The population has become interested since it’s sooo cheap to live in Charleston. No industry no economy

ОтветитьThese guys appear to be never testing for asbestos..the drywall or plaster is likely to be filled with asbestos in that vintage house. The cost of asbestos remediation would make these house tear downs.
Ответить90K no way! 😂😂😂😂. I would NEVER 👎🏾
ОтветитьNão perco as suas reformas ❤️
Ответитьand then we do not get to see the bedrooms...... ugh
ОтветитьI would love to have that house as a project. For $90K that would be a GREAT house to purchase and live it. What a great design and deal for the consumer. I can see a couple or a single person living there for sure. I would have loved to find that house. BTW, you can find homes like this in every state via tax scavenger sales (tax liens). I have done this year a while and bought my last home for $137K, fixed it up and sold it for $260K. It is not worth $380K (new owner put more into it and property values rose). That said, I bought two more homes recently for $120K, and am remodeling them now. However, my work does not look anything like this. LOL. I am a hack. 🙂 Great video.
ОтветитьCan't wait til youre back on Wednesday evening!? I love this show!!
ОтветитьCabinets are such a bad idea. Impossible to keep clean
ОтветитьThe shiny white bathroom tile is not a good idea. The white will show every hair and tidbit, and the shiny finish is a slipping hazard.
Otherwise, cute house.
and the short person is a great desingner
Ответитьi love what this great person doin and is great result
ОтветитьThere’s no such thing as a $15,000 house in my state, with or without a door. I’d kill for a price like that in 2023. Seriously, what state is this in?!
ОтветитьIs it in UK
ОтветитьUgly kitchen.
Ugly cabinets!!
Ugly backsplash!!!
I would not buy this home.
The realtor is adorable af.
ОтветитьI which them put that together 7mile Detroit
ОтветитьGreat renovation, really poor math in you tube title.
Ответитьof course it does and is then sold to people who gentrify the area, never anyone doing this so a poor black family can move back into the home.. more white people getting rich off the land and not giving anything back to the community but a tiny hike in tax rate for that property since it was renovated
ОтветитьLOVE THIS GUYS !! I don't know where they come up with their ideas. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьLove the guys so much!! But definitely don’t always see or align with Keith’s design visions 😅
ОтветитьI’m sorry but this kitchen is so ugly haha
ОтветитьSometimes design is counterproductive to the livability.
ОтветитьUnder 100,000 really? This must have been filmed 3 years ago.
ОтветитьI'm so mad at HGTV. I purchased the first season which I never do and they didn't renewed their TV show for a new season. But they keep renewing other couples on their channel.
ОтветитьI love their show ! Did HGTV not renew them ? I hope they did because I really use to enjoy watching them.
ОтветитьBig fan here . Everytime I see a cheap rundown house for sale in Detroit I think of you two .
ОтветитьWe all have different taste and this is not mine
ОтветитьSorry but, those cabinets are a no for me. Kitchen cabinets have to be cleaned and sometimes degreased. Forget about cleaning these. I pass.
ОтветитьThat house will not sell for 900k in that neighborhood. That would be 600% of 15k.
ОтветитьA fully furnished three bedroom house for 90K is an AMAZING deal. It's nice to see actual starter houses at starter house prices.
ОтветитьThat’s my style.
ОтветитьBeautiful,unique designs!❤
ОтветитьThat house would have been 700k in my area… the before 😢
ОтветитьI love what these guys are doing.
Rebuild rundown neighborhoods.
One of the only flipper shows on HGTV that lists the houses at reasonable prices. They do such a great jobs and almost all of their projects are affordable for buyers and for what I can tell doesn't cause a massive gentrification spike to the area. I also love that they use COLOR instead of white, grey, bleak and boring!! Their show only comes on as much anymore(HGTV pumping out new shows left and right).
