It says to complete sign in, enter the two factor authentication code from the authentication app(google authenticator). When I open the app there is no code? where do I get that code? anyone answer plzzz

I claim my awards and none of them are on my account

Why does is say quantity after finishing can you claim them more than once and gift them to an activision friend
