Awsome! I blew my motherboard sound by plugging in a DC Jack with 9VDC on it I Boought one of those cheap USB Sound gizmo's and got it working. However sound output was Utterly rubbish! Used this tutorial and now it's better than it was before. Saved me buying a new PC / Motherboard.

No matter I try to up the volume, it doesn't work on my Acer Nitro 5...

bro it ruined everything my headphones ( realtek R ) not plugged and it's connected to my monitor speakers idk how tf that happened but like my soundoutput it's in my headphones section but the volume comes out of my monitor speakers + there is a volume comes out but n slow motion i deleted the Equalizer + the file did a restart but still the issue is still there

Even with APO at max it's really quiet. Idk what to do at this point. I've asked all of my friend and they don't have this issue.

Really, really helpful. I recently upgraded my PC to a different motherboard, which I guess also lowered the natural volume of everything, by A LOT. My new max volume sounded like what 40 or 50 was previously. But now it's back to normal. Thanks for this

I have had my previous headphone jack break in the front audio port so ever since I got new headphones I had to use my controller as a audio device. and it was super quiet but with this video I got it to my prefered volume

nothing happends when i change the boost, is there any button i need to press to save the changes for it to work?

Is there a button I have to click to "apply" the volume setting to test it out/do i have to save and "use" the setting? or will you hear a change as you are adjusting it? When i adjust the Gain dial nothing seems to happen, unless my system has something to block it from happening.
