The Internal Force Fitness: Everyday Exercise Routine 1 is a routine based on the current (as of 2011) set of 'gymnastics' taught to all Primary and High School students in China. Given their long working days, they need something to wake them up, keep them supple and keep them engaged throughout the day. The routine is its own warm-up and cool-down, and the whole thing can be completed in around 5 minutes (or up to 15 depending on how you adapt it for your own needs).
