Very insightful video Richard. Concise, I especially loved the tips. I can't help but see them as frameworks to "flesh up" details depending on the specifics of the job role we seek. Thank you.
ОтветитьHi Richard, this is really helpful content. If you are asked, how will you stay a couple steps ahead to ensure you can combat challenges, how will you respond?
ОтветитьThank you for this masterpiece.
Ответить👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьHi Richard. What's a good way to address this question: One of the bank's existing credit products is not performing as well as expected. What steps would you take to identify the root cause of the problem, and what actions would you recommend to address it?
ОтветитьSuch a great video - Q&As are absolutely brilliant
Ответитьi succeed my first two interviews thanks to you Richard and am preparing for the 3rd one watching this vidéo. your vidéos are very helpful, efficient and convincing. you are the best i swear
ОтветитьThis is awesome
ОтветитьChewtorial
ОтветитьException video . Covers everything topic under the sun in brief
Thanks a lot
Thank you for the video Richard!
ОтветитьThanks your
ОтветитьRealistically, nobody communicates like this but it's a good blueprint.
ОтветитьI came back just to comment and let you know that I GOT THE JOB!! Thank you for your help and God bless you!
ОтветитьSecond interview went so well! Asked about “rally meetings” never heard of that
ОтветитьI've worked with product managers at small and large companies since the early 90s, and while what "product manager" meant varied a lot, in no case was a product manager a leader of a team. They worked with teams, but the were not "managers" in the personnel sense. That said, I really appreciate this video.
ОтветитьCorrection
.. How much do you involvement do you currently have with your customer
Thank you sir, wish me luck for tomorrow!
ОтветитьBig interview tomorrow and I am so excited. I’m confident but want to nail it big time
ОтветитьThank you very much for this video and the information!
Ответить13.30.... you should always work 2 systems. What does this mean
ОтветитьHi Richard, I just wanted to say that I’ve watched this video amongst others on your channel in preparation for my PM interview. After 4 hours of interviewing, I received the email & call today that I GOT THE JOB! My dream role. The highest I’ve ever gotten paid and I just want to thank you for giving me the added confidence to nail the interview and land this role. Thank you again for all of your help and keep the vids coming! They’re great.

Ответитьthis guy is a real crack
ОтветитьThis is brilliant, Richard! Thanks so much for being so generous with all these information. I am sure it would greatly benefit me and so many candidates out there. Keep up your great work and stay awesome!
ОтветитьThanks Richard for such an awesome content. It helped me crack the PM interview which I was aiming for. Can't thank you enough :)
ОтветитьMany thanks for the video. Shouldn't the Step 3 of the "value proposition" be step 1 ? Because somehow you need to first relate to the customer and the problem that they have regardless of solutions that might in general exist for them
ОтветитьI have my first PM interview in 2h...hope this helps :D
ОтветитьTha k you for doing this, but I have to say your answer about conflict is surprisingly incorrect. Lack of conflict is a sign of low trust on a team. We need to be able to have healthy conflict often to make sure all ideas are heard and we reach the best outcomes for our customers.
ОтветитьHi Richard! What's a good way to address this question?
What is the most important trait/skill for a Product Manager to possess? Why?
very helpful , thanks Richard.
ОтветитьHi Richard, thank you for the video - this has helped me tremendously in the PM interview. Cleared it and got the job, despite having no background in PM! Looking at other comments and my own experience, I'm starting to think this video is imbued with magic... ;)
ОтветитьHello Richard, cant thank you enough for clearing the concepts for the PM interview. Cleared the interview, got the job, my dream role! thank you! :)
ОтветитьWill I still be the stand-out interviewer if the other candidate also uses this video?
ОтветитьI am a product owner , i aspire to become a product manager in few years ... starting my journey now ! Thank u !
ОтветитьStep 4 relies on customer metrics. Could we include benchmarking in there as well? Product teardown and competitive analysis
ОтветитьBrilliant
ОтветитьThis guy is good. Great use of time. Tips were DIRECTLY applicable and the questions were the ones actually asked. BTW I made it to the next round!
ОтветитьWish me luck. I have my interview tomorrow.
