Ответитьi will probably move here once i get older (i live in switzerland but im tooy oung to move yet)
ОтветитьI've hears of Björk and Sigur rós too
ОтветитьI do wonder how many people pee in the blue lagoon given its size -especially the kids.
It puts me off going there.
Loved Reykjavik!!
ОтветитьJust spent two weeks in this spectacular country. Take the time (9-10 days) to do the entire Ring Road! It’s worth it or else you will miss so much. Blue Lagoon isn’t the best for geothermal springs. Hvammsvik is but it’s about 90 minutes away. The pools are right on the ocean separated by three feet of rocks.
Ответить6th thing to hate about Iceland, Pay toilets!! Once on the eastern and northern parts of the island, toilets/restrooms are few and far between. At least 50 percent of the restrooms we did locate are pay toilets, 200 Krona, handy to have some coins with you, but they take credit cards also.
ОтветитьI visited last year, and the video still holds true. I think a tourist can enjoy quite a bit in Iceland with 4 days time. I hated that we couldn't catch the northern lights during my week there. Food was very good and familiar to Americans, although pricey as noted.
Also, I got in trouble for taking a call in the changing room at the Blue Lagoon. It was a tourist noob thing to do, but when the wife calls from America...
I get very frustrated that I've still never been there! Wanted to go all my life. Nobody used to go there or even mention it when I was obsessed with the place when I was a kid now people who can't even point it out on a map have been there
ОтветитьSwimming: more than just the Blue Lagoon. Because hot water is essentially free, Iceland has public swimming pools almost everywhere. Instead of dosing them with chlorine, they rely on the natural mineral content and swimmers showering (with soap) before going in to keep them clean.
ОтветитьJust got back this afternoon from a conference in Reykjavik. Glad I went. Doubt I'll be going back. I enjoyed the Sky Lagoon for a few hours. Kids aren't allowed at Sky Lagoon, which makes it a bit more peaceful than Blue Lagoon.
It is VERY expensive. Outrageous, actually.
I’ll be visiting Iceland in July 2023 so this is a great video. I didn’t know about The Blue Lagoon. I’ll order it today! Thanks for posting this!
ОтветитьThis is a great video. Thank you!
Ответитьlol i bet you anything you didnt do the horse riding
ОтветитьThe hot water doesn’t smell everywhere in the country
In some place it doesn’t smell at all
More videos from Iceland🤔?
ОтветитьSo everyone says no need to buy water but now he's saying the tap water from our airb&b is going to smell like suffering? That's going to be rough to drink
ОтветитьIf you’re hating the weather in Iceland, just wait 20 minutes ! 😂
