If you want even more fun you could let the company buy you a cocktail or two so that you start with a modest, but real, blood alcohol level. I'm assuming that anything that results in mouth alcohol would supplement the blood alcohol, and therefore increase the reading, but it's always good to confirm though experimentation. Somewhat unlikely, of course, but I can envision having a legal (for those of us not on probation for a prior DUI) BAC of 0.05 as a result of a cocktail during dinner being artificially inflated to 0.08 or so when they give you a breathalyzer test on the side of the road 30 minutes after you used Listerine. Sure, you should be fine when they give you an official test at the station, but you'd need to get arrested, and possibly have your car towed, in order to be cleared of wrongdoing.

Of course I'd presume that you have to fail the field sobriety test before they'd give you the roadside breathalyzer test, but some of us have medical issues that could make the test difficult, and I imagine some people just have lousy balance.

Cops are trained to wait 20 minutes, before administering a field breath test. Any alcohol in your mouth will have dissipated by then.

Totally fake results. Measuring residual alcohol in the mouth only, not alveolar air from the lungs as it is designed to do. A breath test is only taken after a 20 minute wait.

You should test the breath of people that are on the keto diet/lifestyle

watch out for energy drinks, or the coffee energydrinks. any fruit as well, as the natural fermentation that occurs can be just enough to fail a breathalyzer.
