[Python for beginners ] Creating a Database

ImportError('No module named sqllite3',) getting this errror..running py2.7 on visual studio ........what do I import cant figure that out

I get an "unable to open file database" error

You have any experience with Qpython3?

inorder to create the database are we required to have sqlite3 already present in the machine?

doesnt explain anything, says for begginiers but still, i have no idea what hes talking about
