Limit The Number Of New Windows To Open - Python Tkinter GUI Tutorial 185

doesn't solves the problem if i run the program, reach the maximum window limit, then if i close all the windows and try to open a new one it won't open !!!! need to reduce the counter everytime one window gets closed too...

This video is great, but I have one problem which is when I click on close icon in top right and then click back to open the window it wont work. Can you help with this please.

Loved the video, I was wondering.. I wanted my app to have different windows that can open, but only one of each type would open at any given time

At the moment I am using “grab set” to make it so that only the new opened window is active and the main window can’t be edited while top level is open. To avoid people spamming the button.

Is there a way to get the result without using grab set?
