if you’re pretty musclular in the chest, upper back and shoulder but you have a little bit of tummy, you can do what I do and stretch the midsection portion of your shirt. Just lay down, put your knees to your chest , pull the bottom of your shirt over your knees then push out to stretch it out a bit but only in that area. The rest of the shirt stays nice and snug :)

Honestly just wear a fitted tee at this point dudes. Tight around your chest/arms and a bit baggier around the waist/stomach. Also fitted tees look way more professional and mature and if your big they look super clean cause they have shorter sleeves then regular shirts so they end like mid-upper bicep, throw a chain or watch on your wrist for some contrast and you’ll look good. Also they make your back look crazy big too, as they’re tight around you lats really showing off that v shape. 👍
