_______________ Why is my Snare BUZZING?! (and how to fix it) -- Sympathetic buzz is a problem all drummers have to deal with. What the heck is it?! Good question. Ever hit your toms and have your snare buzz? Or have the guitar players notes make your snare buzz...or the bass...or piano? That snare drum buzz is happening because of sympathetic vibrations. It's also referred to as sympathetic vibrations. Although it's a common problem, once you understand where it comes from it's much easier to deal with.
