Solution to boot error 0xc000000e by rebuilding BCD | winload.exe error | Fail to boot in Windows

I got on fixboot and fixmbr... Can not find the file specified.. Any idea?

When I do bootrec /anything , it doesn't work. It says 'bootrex' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

My laptop doesn't open its blue screen error (unmountable disk problem) i don't know the reason please upload how to fix it 😢
And i can't change any OS
