Does outbound clicks on Pinterest equal to page views on website? I only see half of my Pinterest outbound clicks reflected on my Google analytics and can’t find anything online about it.

Hi. All my pins have affiliate links to one affiliate program. I just learned that pinterest does not like this and consider this behavior spam.
I’m going to create a blog, my question is should I claim my website on this account or delete it and start over ? (I have 1500 pins on my account all of them are affiliate links and 90k monthly impressions)
