ОтветитьGosh, that was surprisingly challenging for me mentally - doing the upper-body and lower body moves at the same time - correctly! Great workout - I can really feel it and only using 1kg dumbbells.

ОтветитьHi Meredith, I'm 64 from the UK looking to get back into shape and gain back my fitness, diagnosed with Pre Type 2 diabetes last year. Can I ask ... are your exercises also for senior men, and also is it ever to late to get back into shape past my age ? At the moment just finding it a little hard to get and keep the motivation.

Pickleball is the new thing for seniors. Perhaps you could do a few workouts specific to that sport?

ОтветитьThese workouts are absolutely wonderful. Mentally and physically healing. And it is funny how you know exactly when to say, "breathe", "core tight", or "if you need to balance" because that timing is perfect. I do not know what I would do without these workouts. Thank you.

ОтветитьGreat workout for my morning workout session to start the day. Kudos to you and myself for able to complete the session with a smile. I'm using a 2kg dumbbells which suits me fine. Its interesting to follow you with some new movements, " a change of menu " I should say. Once again TQVM for the session. Will lookout for other sessions...Have a nice and energetic day...
