The great bit about Conan is he truly enjoys being roasted and opens the door for it and savors it whenever it happens.

So Sona is conan's assistant/stalker.They are sleeping together you can tell, his poor wife doesn't even know, anyone can tell when 2 people are trying to play it off like they are just coworkers/friends and trying to hide the fact that they are sleeping together.
