Multiple Choice Grid Questions in Google Form

I want to create a google form having each question 3 to 5 fill in the blanks.
I want to fix / set up answers for each fill in the blank. The option available with me is to use “Multiple Choice Grid”. Disadvantage of this grid is, students can see available options for each fill in the blanks and randomly they can select any option.
Is there any provision to hide this option grid, so that students will write their answers without referring any options in front of them.
